LIVING ROOM
Inside Villa there is a living room with a large wooden dining room table, decorated with simple and modern lines.
There is a wine cellar, which upon arrival is full of 9 different kinds of local drinks from Distillery.
In the open-plan living room there is a glass perimeter so that you can enjoy the magnificent views at all times. Here you can also enjoy your Jacuzzi overlooking the spectacular views of Chania.

KITCHEN
The kitchen at Villa is fully equipped. When you arrive at the villa, the fridge contains a wide variety of different foods to create your favorite meals and breakfasts (pizza, pasta sauce, milk, ham, etc.)
We assure you that you will never run out of something as we make sure to fill up the refrigerator quite frequently.
The water is drinkable but we offer bottled. There is also a storage area where you will find a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items.
The kitchen has its own veranda to enjoy your morning coffee.
BEDROOM
The villa central room is bright with minimal and modern decoration and provides breathtaking views of outskirts of Chania and the pool of the villa.
It has a king size bed with a mattress topper or it can be separated in 2 single beds depending on the guests.
It has a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped inner bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe where you can comfortably arrange your clothes.
The second bedroom can accommodate up to 2 people as it has two single beds that can be joined in double, while the third has a bunk bed and can also accommodate up to 2 people.
The fourth room can also accommodate 2 people in great comfort.
All rooms have breathtaking views of outskirts of Chania, “Media Strom” mattresses with mattress toppers, as well as reclining windows with electric roller shutters.
PLAYROOM
Games Room at the villa is an area of 50 sq.m. with Billiards and Table Tennis.It features a standard table tennis as well as a standard sized billiard table.
In the room there are sofas, wooden chairs as well as a satellite TV and air conditioning.
OUTDOOR
SWIMMING POOL AREA & HEATED SWIMMING POOL
There are 2 swimming pools. A heated swimming pool of 50 sq.m. which has a depth of 0.60m to 1.62m and the other is a shallow swimming pool for young children. Of course there are lifejackets for your safety.
The pool area has a shower, two outdoor beds, 6 wooden sun loungers, and 2 sofas. Everything with clean and comfortable pillows.
In addition, a wooden swing completes the image of the wooden furniture in vicinity.
Towards the west of the plot there is an organized and fully equipped barbeque area.
There is a gas grill, sink, fridge, kitchen and kitchen utensils.
In this section there is a large wooden dining room with a capacity of 20 people and a lounge for spending the day with your friends, cooking in the barbeque with the most beautiful view of Chania.
There is a heliport in the center of the plot which you can use either to land your helicopter or to do some kind of event.
There is a garage with a shelter and unlimited free parking.
