– Bedroom 2: The bedroom offers two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) , A/C and a closet, with a shared bathroom.
– Bedroom 3: The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed (1,60 X 2,00), A/C and suitcase stand. It also offers access to a private balcony overlooking the garden.
Ground Floor
The main entrance of the Villa opens up to a bright, sunny and airy open-plan living space, consisting of two cozy sofas, a 50’’ HDTV and a fireplace, with an elegant dinning table with eight chairs offering direct access to a spacious veranda equipped with sofas and chairs, enjoying sublime sunset views! A few steps up the fully equipped kitchen, with top-grade amenities and indoor dining area for 8 guests, challenges your culinary skills! From the kitchen, you have access to the veranda with a table for eight people and the outdoor BBQ facilities.
– Bedroom 4: The bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), A/C and a bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to the parking and the rear part of the Villa.
Lower Floor
On the lower level of the Villa, guests will find a second living room with a leather sofa and two arm chairs, 3D 50’’ TV with Netflix, PS4 console with games , A/C. This living room offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace. Moreover, an extra family bathroom with shower cabin is also available for this living area. After descending a few steps leads you to the gym area with a fully equipped indoor gym.
Outdoor Area
Being at the lower floor of the Villa, guests will also find the beautifully landscaped outdoor area. The surroundings of the villa cover approximately 2.000 square meters, half of which is lawn covered. The exterior of the Villa offers several facilities which include:
