We engaged chania luxury Concierge for our trip to crete (summer 2022) and had an excellent experience. antonis was Extremely helpful in planning the details of our trip well in advance of our arrival. antonis helped us book a luxury private villa overlooking souda bay, a luxury yacht with an excursion to Balos beach, an Executive chef–who served our families gourmet breakfast every morning, a luxury van for our Transport, and numerous reservations to beach clubs and fine Restaurants. Antonis’ descriptions of the villas, beaches, restaurants, and experiences were exactly spot on and exactly how he explained them to us. the most impressive Experience with CLC was the responsiveness of Antonis–as he would answer our phone calls right away or be back to us within a minute. Antonis would also stop by and check in with us every morning to see if everything was ok. And not matter our request, the answer was always: “yes!, of course! we can do that!”. and antnois made it happen. I just want to let you know that the Villa exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the C.L.C team was friendly, generous and responded immediately whenever we needed their help throughout our stay. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the view from the pool was even more beautiful than the photos online (which is unusual). In addition to the magical view, the rooms were immaculate and nicely designed with state of the art appliances. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay with many magical moonlit dinners al fresco by the pool..

Tony’s attention, help and responsive emails were exceptional, and I am extremely impressed by Chania concierge as a company. George in the Yacht tour was always very pleasant to deal with and very receptive to the few questions we had while there. The Villa was perfect. We would certainly like to travel through you again.

A big compliment to all of your staff. During the month of August, we celebrated the 50th birthday of my wife in the Villa with over 20 different guests, both friends and family, visiting us during that month each for a few days. A difficult logistic operation perfectly managed. We and our guests had such a good and memorable time we all will never forget. Very professional, efficient and such good hosts by heart.

Antonis found us an amazing villa for myself, my wife and two grown up kids (30 & 28). I was worried at first because it looked like it was near the airport but hardly noticed an aeroplane. First time in Crete – we came to do some scuba diving and had an excellent holiday – the Elephant cave – wow!. Antonis looked after us very well, greeting us with a hire car at the airport and then recommended and booked us into various restaurants – all delicious.
