Layout
Ground Floor
The ground floor interior of Villa follows an open plan layout with natural flow between spaces. Earthy tones combine with rich, light wood and natural materials with hints of the beach, to create a calming, homely environment. In the north wing of the ground floor, a squishy corner sofa and natural wood armchairs are waiting for you to sink into, where you can enjoy views out to the pool terrace or perhaps a movie on the 50” Smart TV.
Large glass doors open to the outdoor dining table that seats 12 and the barbecue area, both under the shade of an overhead pergola. Further patio doors lead directly to the pool terrace. The main indoor dining table can be found next to the lounge area, seating 12 with views over the 115 sqm aqua pool. A WC is also available, conveniently placed for communal use.
Moving to the southern wing of the villa, the open plan kitchen combines sleek wood with white counters to create a fresh and practical space. An array of appliances are available to prepare and cook your favorite dishes and perhaps create some Cretan delicacies. The kitchen island is flanked by 6 stools, the perfect place for a casual meal, coffee or a glass of wine chilled to perfection in the wine fridge. The second bedroom has patio doors with access to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle boasting a large overhead rainshower, sink and toilet.
First Floor
The first floor is interestingly split between 2 halves, each paying tribute to an ensuite bedroom, reached via its own independent staircase which rises in stylish sophistication from the ground floor. Each of the first floor first ensuite bedrooms are a generous size and offer a queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and 32” Smart TV. Triple aspect glass doors and a window grasp your attention with stunning views over Souda Bay and the white mountains which can also be enjoyed from the balconies.
The views can also be witnessed from the ensuite bathrooms which boast large rain showers, sink and toilet. Each bedroom has been designed to allow the view to do the talking and has a calming vibe for restful sleep.
Lower Floor
The last two en-suite bedrooms can be found on the lower floor, one at the end of each wing, each one offering a queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be separated to form two single beds (0,90×2,00) upon prior request. The fifth bedroom provides a comfortable, private space with a relaxation area, with a built-in sofa seating and coffee table with chairs. Adding to its opulence is the open plan ensuite bathroom which becomes a feature of the room. The deep, double vessel sinks and shower cabin incorporated into the main bedroom create a luxurious feel.
The open ensuite bathroom, built-in sofa seating and vanity area features add to the design of the sixth bedroom as well. It is a space to be enjoyed, offering privacy and a place to lounge. A single patio door opens to steps that lead to the outdoor seating area at the poolside. Last but not least, here you will also find the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outdoor Area
The 2350 square metres of outside space wraps around the villa and incorporates a long swimming pool, gardens and outdoor living areas so you can enjoy warm days outdoors. The outdoor facilities include:
