Access is via the ground floor to a spacious living space and to an open plan kitchen with Corian work surfaces and the latest appliance, where there is also an informal dining area.
Structured over two distinct floors, with large windows maximizing the natural light, a free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath. Wall-to-wall windows offer uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea along with the additional feature of a large balcony and outdoor seating space.
The first floor guest bedroom is accessible through an outdoor staircase, while the ground floor double/twin bedroom has a separate entrance and opens onto the terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in Spa shower area.

The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. The outdoor space offers privacy and tranquility among the gardens gazing the views of Aegean enjoying the sun from your sunbeds
