Indoor
Sleeps five guests in two bedrooms and one sofa, plus a baby cot. There is one master bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and one guest bedroom with a double bed (180×200) that can convert to twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The whole villa is on one level with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a total indoor space of 120sqm.

Outdoor
The swimming pool of 45 Sqm can be heated on request and only one pool can be heated at a time of the two existing pools of the estate with the use of a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions.
Pool heating starts at 710 euro per week extra (conditions apply – extra charge applies for higher temperatures required). We request three days advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect.
